Complete Unit Inspection
Upon completion of unit assembly, professional inspectors conduct thorough checks on core components including the generator internal windings, wiring connections, pipeline fittings and shock-absorbing base.
Professional tools are used to inspect wiring layout and the tightness of terminals section by section. Inspectors also examine the unit’s heat dissipation structure, sealing components and marking accessories, carefully verifying every assembly detail.
Any defects such as loose wiring, assembly flaws or misaligned parts will be marked and rectified on site to prevent non-conforming units from proceeding to the next process. A unit can only move on to special performance testing after its internal structure, circuits and accessories all pass inspection. We control the factory quality of every generator set from the very beginning.
